I would suggest to add a Queue System to join a channel when it's full, it's very frustrating to keep trying and trying to join a channel untill you finally make it... sometimes it takes even 15-20 mins to do it.
With this system, a player would click once on the full channel, and a queue list would appear, and automatically join you in the moment someone logs off.
