#Challenges not loading each day

I get the notification every day for a new challenge but never actually have one when I log into the app

hey have you tried this?

Make sure you have accepted iCloud's terms and conditions (in Settings -> Apple Account -> iCloud)
Make sure you are connected to iCloud
Make sure you have iCloud storage space
Make sure you are connected to the internet
Make sure you are not connected to a VPN

Ah! I’m connected to a VPN, it’s probably that, I will try again!

Okay that still didn’t work, any other tips? I have iCloud storage etc and all connected fine

okay, can you share a screen recording of how you are accessing to the current challenge?
