After tapping on the dock in the chill, the game zoomed out and I could no longer interact with the game besides spinning the map around with two fingers.

I can confirm, that in chill I also can tap the dock and it zooms out, but you can’t zoom back in.

this also happened to me in pablo’s story in the tutorial when i selected the lighthouse! I couldn’t interact with the map other than moving the view with one finger (ipad) and I also couldnt place any buildings. I managed to reset it by going back to main menu and going back into the level again where everything went back to normal (I didn’t click the lighthouse again after that😂), very minor issue though! really enjoying so far☺️
