Go to the task manager and check if anything is taking up lots of RAM. If yes then right click on the task and click “end task”

I was at like 23% ram usage and I have 32 gb of ram

Outlanders was only using like 20 mb of ram

so if you go to your app data folder then into LocalLow then into pomelogames then delete the folder named Outlanders when you relaunch the game it will make a new one of that folder and the game will load with all of your progress as well!
