theres alot of ways you can solve this but in my opinion the easiest is to set up simutaneous equations

#

you know the general form of a quadratic is ax^2 + bx + c and in this case that + c is just 3 because it passes through the y axis at 3

#

you can also treat the 2nd and 3rd bullet point as coordinates, which you sub into ur general expression and simutaneously solving it to get values of a and b

#

a good way of checking ur right is that a should be < 0 because it has a maxima, ping if ur still unsure
