Well they are tricky because they are not exactly being explicit with the term “crosses the tunnel”. But it’s not difficult to know what it means. It means that you must calculate the speed of the train, given that the train itself has fully crossed the tunnel in 1 minute. Not just the border of the train but the entirety of the train
So instead of just traveling 275 meters(length of the tunnel), you must add up the length of the train in it since the full train must have crossed the tunnel
Distance=275+225=500 meters
The train has traveled 500 meters in 1 minute
Now you can calculate the speed
