Solving Quadratics By Completing the Sqaure

We’ve been om this unit for a few days, makes sense, just cant seem to put the steps in the right order

ive attached the problem, and some of the trial and error stuff i did, I get what im doing, I’m just having trouble connecting the dots and doing the steps in the right order, and these big squared numbers ARENT MAKING IT ANY BETTER
