Part 1

I present three cases of tubes, that, relate to numerical 13.

First my own geometric discovery { cosmic I believe }:

1} a tube defined by three triangles, ergo,:

..> three sets of six lines-of-relationship{ LoR's }, and three sets of nodal event points = nine nodal event points,

...> six lines of LoR's connecting those 9 nodal events

This above set defines the minimal set needed to define tube via,

..> triangular enclosure on both ends, and,

...> a mid-girth { waist/around } triangle.

Here is a couple of graphics to aid in visualization of the above.
..> a triangular bifrustum polyhedron https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangular_bifrustum

and,

In geometry, the triangular bifrustum is the second in an infinite series of bifrustum polyhedra. It has 6 trapezoid and 2 triangle faces. It may also be called the truncated triangular bipyramid; however, that term is ambiguous, as it may also refer to polyhedra formed by truncating all five vertices of a triangular bipyramid.

Part 1 continued

Above we have 9 vertexial nodal events to define the minimal tube. Yes we see the colored planes/surfaces/hedra as an occupied space existing there, --and there does-- however, for conceptual, meta-space thoughts only, we can say those surfaces are openings/portals.

..> total of 9 vertexial nodal events

..> total of 15 obviously visible surface lines-of-relationship { LoRs }

To arrive at my cosmic 13 vertexial nodal events, we have to understand, that, via my space and time tori --torus is a closed tube-- we have to add in the internal body of the tube, four more vertexial nodal events. That is 9 plus 4 = 13 vertexial nodal events.

..> 9 surface vertexial nodal events -- 1..5p.7p..11p13p..>< 2p..4...2..10 see 2D pattern bottom of this section-- and,

...> 3 internal nucleating vertexial events to the three triangles, plus 1 { non-triangular related } nucleating vertexial event { the 9th nodal event }--

This static version of a nucleated polyhedron is my Minimal Pulse of Universe, the graviton-darkEon. The sum-total LoRs for the Minimal Pulse is 78.

Here is the 2D pattern for my 3D space { surface Gravity and Dark Energy } and time { internal physical reality }

..1...........5p..7p........11p....13p............17p...loops to meet itself in circle, tho not shared location 17p / 1

0...............6..................12.......................18.loops to meet itself in a circle as 18/0, only shared location
.......3p.................9.....................15..............loops to meet itself in circle, tho not shared location 3p / 15

....2p...4............8...10..............14....16..........loops to meet itself, tho not shared location 2p/16

Gravity is the top line, and is the outer surface peak of positive geodesic curvature of any torus

Dark Energy is the bottom line is the inner surface peak of negative geodesic cuvature of any torus.

Part 2 and second tubular set related to numerical 13.

Above we saw that we had total of 13 vertexial nodal events involved in my Minimal Pulse of Universe the graviton-darkEon.

I see an abstract association to Bucky Fullers ..' the closet we will ever come to knowing God '.. comment in his book Synergetics 1 and 2. That has to do with his Vector Equilibrium { VE } aka a nucleated cubo-octahedron i.e. 12-around-1 close-packed equal radius spheres ergo** 13 equal radius spheres**. https://mathworld.wolfram.com/HexagonalClosePacking.html

Why Fuller makes the above comment has to do with 24 chords >< 24 radii in balance. See link to Synergetics of constructing the VE from four discs of paper. See graphic B in this link to Synergetics page. http://www.rwgrayprojects.com/synergetics/s04/figs/f5511.html

In hexagonal close packing, layers of spheres are packed so that spheres in alternating layers overlie one another. As in cubic close packing, each sphere is surrounded by 12 other spheres. Taking a collection of 13 such spheres gives the cluster illustrated above. Connecting the centers of the external 12 spheres gives Johnson solid J_(27) ...

Part 3} the 13 micro-tubles and conscious-ness according to R Penrose and Hammeroff.

...' The most common form of a microtubule consists of 13 protofilaments in the tubular arrangement. '... in the brain.. They have also been found in spine and other parts of body.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microtubule

Micro-tubules now show evidence of possible relationship to conscious-ness via super-radiance.
https://www.pbs.org/video/was-penrose-right-new-evidence-for-quantum-effects-in-the-brain-pe0bka/

So that is three sets of 13 ive found interesting if not a cosmically abstract set of associations to numerical 13.

Microtubules are polymers of tubulin that form part of the cytoskeleton and provide structure and shape to eukaryotic cells. Microtubules can be as long as 50 micrometres, as wide as 23 to 27 nm and have an inner diameter between 11 and 15 nm. They are formed by the polymerization of a dimer of two globular proteins, alpha and beta tubulin into ...

I'm sure they'll be much more enthusiastic about your efforts than the lame people in here.

Do they have a tube in their central canal, within their spinal chord?

Do they have tubes for the blood to flow through?

Do they have tubular ear canals?

Do they have a urethra tube?

Do they have Xylem tubes to get water from their roots to there leaves?

Our brain is moving along the surface of torus { closed tube }, at least according to this utube the nobel prize winners for these neural fields etc. Go to 3:30 or little before,to get first info about the torus associated with neural pattern firing.

Below I attempt vertical lines to show seperation between each set of triangles, and we can see that the free motion agent is 18, the and is the next 9th nodal event. If we stick with the overall accounting, --i.e includes last three nodal events definning last the end triangle of previous Pulse--. I think this overall accounting is correct way to go

If were to start our accounting only inside of the next pulse, then, 18 is the 5th nodal event. I think accounting is not inclusive of the prior triangle. However, what is of significance, is this free motion agent 18, is occurring on left side of mid-girth triangle. So it appears to me, as we go along the over torus tube, we will find this free agent alternating between a location on right and left side of mid-girth triangle.
...Note: this overall four line pattern --also a asymmetrical pattern-- is resultant of turning the symmetrical four line pattern inside-out. I did that back in mid-2000's.
..........Left End v..Tri.........Mid.v.girth Tri..............v..Right end Triangle 2nd Pulse

In my four line pattern, humans do not observe the top line as Gravity ( ), nor the bottom line as Dark Energy )( we are have remaining the internal physical reality { sine-wave } --I also label as observed{ quantized } time--- and if we do our free motion agent accounting there, it is always every third nodal event that is free motion agent.

........6....12......18......24......30......36.......42......48.....54......60......66.......72...........
..3p....9.......15.....21........27......33......39.......45......51......57......63.......69......75.......

So we see there is triangulation as structural stability as every 9th nodal event in overall accounting and every third nodal event in the two line { sine-wave } accounting. This interesting the free motion nodal event --because not nuclear to any of three triangles of each Minimal Pulse-- is structurally stabiliized.

The total vibrational field lines-of-relationship for each pulse is 78.

12 simplex has 13 vertices. I dont understand that, yet it has the 78 lines-of-relationships. Labeled as edges in this WIKI page
https://polytope.miraheze.org/wiki/12-simplex

Polytope Wiki

The 12-simplex (also called tridecahendon or tridecahendakon) is the simplest possible non-degenerate 12-polytope. The full symmetry version has 13 regular dodecadaka as facets, joining 3 to a ridge and 12 to a vertex, and is one of the 3 convex regular 12-polytopes. It is the 12-dimensional simplex.
