My only problem is that i dont understand or even how im supposed to know that; x = or > -9/7. for the f(x) to be > than 0. Since i can use my calculator i have only calculated that x<0 and x>1 for the f(x)>0, the f(x) = x+3-root squared of 7x+0

sqrt of 7x+9 has to be atleast 0 as you cant square root a negative value hence
7x+9>= 0
7x>=-9
x>=-9/7
whatever else you did is correct
