Im supposed to find x and i used: |PA| x |PB| = |PC| x |PD|
I proceeded to do x * (x+9) = 3 * (3+8)
Which led me to x² + 9x = 33 and i dont know how to go from here

I tried it the delta came out as 213

I thought it was imaginary since the 33 had a positive coefficient, but it was in the other side of the equation

Though can i do 213 ≈ 14,5? Because when i did x¹ = -9 - v/213 ÷ 2 it kind of doesnt sit right with me
