You marked it as linear algebra but it doesn't seem very linear algebra to me

Either way, the domain is the set of numbers on which the function is defined. The graph seems to to until approximate 2.5 but it's very hard to see exactly, and it probably goes to -infinity

the range is the set of y-values you get out of the function. It seems to peak at y=4 and goes to -infinity
