Hello, fellow future-engineer! Since I haven't seen anybody come forward to offer their expertise, I'll give you my two-cents.
What is the specific exam that you are taking? Is this for a class, or is it a graduation requirement? It would be helpful for you to provide this information, before you ask such a vague question.
Secondly, since you are looking for examples on two-dimensional PDEs, I would recommend picking up a textbook that covers everything that you would like to know, and will also help you prepare for the exam. There are a myriad of results online that you can either buy as an e-book, or hard copy!
Please, do answer my first questions, though, because that would help me to assist you further.
I don't know if you get notified if I don't tag you, so I'll go ahead and do it anyway.
Entrance exam for an applied math diploma. I already studied.. this subject is new to me.. I had only 10 days I took it in 2020 in corona which I didn't attend back then and passed without degree.. with other subjects like Fourier and special functions.. I am going today to the exam. Wish me luck. I no longer need any materials.
I see! Well, that's very exciting; I wish you the best of luck on the exam! Cheers!
(If you take any more exams in the future, I would recommend seeking textbooks which cover such "diploma entrance tests")
