Better to use units everywhere. We have:
252.16 cal/BTU
4.184 J/cal
2.2051 lb/kg = 2.2051*10^(-3) lb/g
For temperature it's a bit trickier: we care about the temperature change. So, ΔT(°F)/ΔT(K) = 1.8 °F/K.
You start with kJ/(kg*K) = J/(g*K), so try multiplying or dividing by these conversion factors so that you get BTU/(lb*°F).
