i think you are to assume that the standard deviation is 2.4
it's a bit of a silly question, in truth
If I am not to assume it is 2.4 (because it doesn't look like it is), how would I calculate the STDEV? unless the STDEV is actually 2.4

can we use this formula instead?
only thing is idk if this counts as independent

although i suppose they would be independent
(to get a 95% confidence interval it is just mean+-2SEM)
