Needed some help evaluating the problem. New to learning this stuff.

Tried doing everything but answer still comes out as it not existing.

would you consider multiplying top and bottom by rt(1+2x) + rt(1-3x)?

that would create a difference of squares on the top, hopefully forcing the x to cancel

Ohh, so you can cancel out the x's on a limit then?
