Do u mean factorizing algebraic equations or factoring over all??

So factorizing is js finding numbers that can be multiplied to a specific number

Lets say 8 for example

Factors of 8 are 4 × 2

Cause 4 × 2 = 8

Which are numbers with only 1 and the number itself as their factors

Like 5 for example
