Notice the following:
tan(3π/8) = 1/cot(3π/8) = 1/tan(π/8)
So, A = π/8, then B = -π/8. So:
1/tan(π/8) = (1 - tan(-π/8))/(1 + tan(-π/8))
Flipping the expression and remembering that tan(x) is odd, we get:
tan(π/8) = (1 - tan(π/8))/(1 + tan(π/8))
So, you can find it from there.
