if youre asking what the values of tan(0), and sin(0) are then just remember where sin(x) starts. It starts at the origin so sin(0)=0. If you ask about tan(0) then it is sin(0)/cos(0) which is also 0

but if it's $tan\theta$ then it is a function where $\theta$ is the angle/ input
