You forgot to use the chail rule for the second term on the LHS.

Suppose you have a function F(x, y) = C. Differentiating it gives:
(∂F/∂x)dx + (∂F/∂y)dy = 0
So:
dy/dx = -(∂F/∂x)/(∂F/∂y)
