so i need to simplify this

sin ( 2 arctan x ) and I got no idea on where to start. I asked the same question to a different server and someone told me a that i need to use tan2x and they shared some answers but they didn't tell how did they came to that conlusion so I am even more confused. All I got is how to add or substrack sin, cos, and tan and they used the formula of these to multiply 2 arctan x. I am so confused. Can someone tell me how you can simplify sin ( 2 arctan x ) ?
