do you mean you want differentiable curves?
yeah i want the same gradient at the point im joining them
and whats the problem you are having with it?
try using some software that lets you tug the curve manually with your fingers to make a desirable shape
oh so i'm trying to make a truncus function that has a gradient of -1/2 at the point (1,2) and i'm currently approaching it by finding the general formula for a differentiated truncus and subbing in values to make it = to -1/2. After i made one i'm integrating for a fformula and then subbing y= 2 and x=1 for c. However the graph i made doesnt meet the requirements
