Do you know how to find the modulus of a complex numbers?
Btw take z = x + iy to simplify easily.
|z|=r implies a circle with centre (0,0) and radius R and |z-c|=r implies a circle with centre at c(x,y)
Use that info
Where c is a complex number of the form x+iy
