You solve the equations like normal equations. But since there is an OR in between them, it means that it should satisfy atleast 1 of the two equations

Then take common part from both

There is no equal to sign in the inequalities so it doesn't give you -3

If the equations were framed like: -4x+60<=72 or 14x+11 <= -31, then the answer would include -3 as well

less than operator means that less than -3 but including -3
