Hey, I'm doing some research with double pendulums and modeling its chaos with Fourier transforms. I found this link: https://imgur.com/a/rpJ0QcJ that did something similar but also does the "Logarithm of the FT". I couldn't find much on the internet about this so if anyone knows any helpful links or explanations I'd really appreciate it

What's bothering you about it?
Is it the "why are we taking the log"?
In context it is probably the log of the absolute value, just for plotting purposes
yeah thats what I mean I did a lot fo research online and couldnt find much. But I get what you mean about taking log of the absolute value that makes more sense thanks
