Can someone explain me the theory behind the relation 0 * limit not defined = 0? (Like is there a correct way to explain it in an exam? 💀) Or does the problem have a better solution?

The important part is that, even though it's an undefined limit, it's a finite undefined limit, and any finite number times 0 is 0.

You can use the squeeze theorem to prove it if you like.

That actually might be what you're expected to do.
