Find the amount of time it would take for one to overlap the other
so how much time does it take for the 3ms to do 200 more meters then 2ms

2•20+3•20 = 100 = (1/2)•200
so they start at opposite sides of the track and also halfway, and they ran to opposite directions (one clockwise the other counterclockwise)
meaning when you join Andy's initial position and Brett's initial position with a line, you'll get the track's diameter
