i used u sub to reduce x^7 but i’m not sure how to simplify from here. I assume i should use substitution by parts but i’m not sure how.

i mean if u did the substitution, cant you then just integrate by parts? Differentiating "u" and integrating sinu so that you end up with

sin(x^4) - (x^4)*cos(x^4) after you just substitute in "u" after youre done.

I'll advise you integrate by parts before substituting the u back. It makes computation much easier, I believe
