technically we do not know if the x being integrated is the outer x or the x of the dx
so this could just be integral of a constant
(x-60)/(-0.4x^3)

I checked with the textbook but i don't have a -1/2 and was confused on where it came from. Can you guys help me out?
the antiderivative of $x^a$ is $\frac{1}{a+1}x^{a+1}$
in this case, $a = -3$ so $\frac{1}{-2} x^{-2}$
