ok lets start by defining minor and major arcs
Major arc is the bigger arc that can be made with 2 points on a circle
Minor arc is the smaller arc that can be made with 2 points on a circle
here is a example
now by simply drawing each one and shading in the regions it forms you can find the answer
here is how i did it from top to bottom i labeled each one (from top to bottom) 1, 2, 3, and 4
here is a drawing of them
then by simply looking at them you can determine that the order from smallest to largest (or ascending order) is 4 then 2 then 1 then 3
