I think the difference is that the second is about Joseph being a specific winner, the first just takes two random but the second is Joseph and another
do you know what id have to do differently for that? the answer is meant to be 0.135 but i cant get it

so the first problem we can have the winners as

in the second we can only have the winners

so uh you could just find the odds exactly two of them win
and multiply by how many win
or
find the odds joseph wins
then find the odds exactly 1 friend then wins
