BCA is given to be 59
we see that arc AB subtends both BCA and ADB in the same segment, thus they are equal
we also can see that ABCD is a cyclic quadraliteral, so A+C=180 but A=62 so C=118
and BCA+ACD = C but BCA=59 and C=118 so 59+ACD=118 therefore ACD=59
