#please help linear recurrence relations

cant find a single video or worked example online or in my textbook and my teacher didn't ever show me how to do things like this would be really helpfull if someone could run through the answer step by step and explain it

@rancid nebula Try to define a sequence $a_{n}=u_{n+1}-u_{n}$ and a sequence $b_{n}=a_{n+1}-a_{n}$ And see what you get when calculating these differences. You will get sequences for which you will easily be able to find a closed form.
