try plotting 3x-3 again
plug in values for x
x=1, y=0
x=2, y=3
x=3,y=6
here you go
first swap the sign for an equals sign and play the linear equation normally
now
if the sign has an equals
the line is solid
if not (< or >) it’s dotted
finally if y is smaller than the line your shaded is below
if y is larger shaded is above
you can test it out by substituting points into your graph
