this is a guess, but B is the midpoint of the line AC therefore if you find the midpoint you have the centre of circle B and thus can create an equation and find the radius of circle B
I thought that too but apparently not il show the answers i just dk how they got them

yeah i thought this too, i'm just assuming the fact that they're saying its collinear B must be the midpoint
yea cause the midpoint would be 6, -1.5 which isnt right and then if it was right just use the distance formula but it isnt like that
what was your final answer or did you not get one
