To calculate the Laplace transform J=L(cos(t)cos(2t)) can I consider I=L(sin(t)sin(2t))
We have I+J=L(cos(-t)) I-J=L((cos(3t)) calculate both and find I ??

Sounds ok, but why you don't just linearize sin(t)sin(2t) ?

Then use Laplace transform linearity
