Well, the function is just (x + sin(x))cos(x) = x cos(x) + (1/2)sin(2x).
First term by parts, second is elementary.
You overcomplicated it for some reason.
Why didn't you simplify e^(ln(x)) to x from the start?
Bcz I m new to integration and trying to make neat solution, not trying to step jump
But this is the neat way to do it.
Leaving e^(ln(x)) like that is quite jarring, after all. It begs to be simplified to just x.
