#Writing a real-world situation modeled after an equation / graph

I have an example of one sorta but it's not the same format, I think it's a different type of equation tho. it's point slope form and not slope intercept form
I'm using y=mx+b for the question I'm doing rn tho
you could say something about a bank scenario
like
Someone deposits $100 in a bank
and puts $15 every week after that
so the 100 would represent what and the 15 $ would represent like money added to savings per week?
the 100 would be y - intercept
because the account opens after your deposit
so you would have 100 after "0" weeks
which is modeled by your graph
so on x axis would be time (weeks)
and y - axis would be total amount of money
($)
would there need to be an end result or something like that?
i mean all the situation needs to do is keep a linear constant and match up with the graph
I have
Oli decided to open up a bank account. He deposited $100 for the first investment. Every week, he deposites $15 into the account.
anything you would change?
okay that makes sense, thank you!!
