Q1. You can get the slope-intercept form of equation by finding the slope, and the y-intercept. The slope can be found be subtracting the first 2 y's (on your chart) and the first 2 x's, and dividing the results of (resulting y)÷(resulting x). You can find the y-intercept by dividing the first y by the slope. Then, subtract the quotient with the first x on your chart. The y-intercept is y - slope * x. The y and x can be any place on your chart.
Your answer will be the equation:
y = (slope)x + y-intercept.
