Like an atom to a human

So I think what they are getting at

So something like 0.00000000001 deg

It’s just an example

But something around that

And imagining it

It’s obv that the difference after rotating

Is basically non existent

Therefore A - B will be approx 0

Well u can always actually calculate it

But I think the question isn’t concerned about thst

Else I don’t see why using << makes sense

So small that u don’t need to consider it
