You can solve that with subsitutions or matrices
16a = -2b + 4c, -11a = b - 3c, -2* 11/16b - 4* 11/16 = b -3c
Then solve for b or c, subsitute the first equation in the last (for a) and then substitute the one you just got from solving b or c
Or you can use Gaussian elimination
