mean will be +1 from it's true value, standard deviation will be 10 times it's true value
work it out that way
so you do 947/30 - 1
and √(33065.37/30-(947/30)²)/10
Use the following identities for mean and SD (a and b are constants, X is a random variable):
E(aX + b) = aE(x) + b
σ(aX + b) = |a|σ(X)
