@silver loom but how comes that is an answer when i multiply by tan x
you muliply by (1+tan x)
which is 0 if tan x = -1
oh so the best way to anwswer these questions is to change tan into sincos to avoid this

fake answer usually happens
easiest way tis to substitute all answer back to the original equation
you may still accidentally multiply by 1+sin x and sin x -1 anyway
