Could someone help with this integral? I tried to use polar coordinates but didn't get far, and I don't know how to approach the integrand.

$$
\iint_A \frac{1}{4x^2+3y^2} ,dx,dy
$$
A is the polygon defined by the points $(0,2), (0,6), (2,2), (6,6)$
