#faze shift in sine graphs are confusing me

How do you figure out how much the graph has shifted by? Like would you say (in the screenshot attached) that the shift is 360 to the right or 120 to the left? and if so why don't they make the same graph?? Sorry if this makes no sense I'm really confused.
Well, trig graphs only cross at y=1, so this one has stretched in the y axis by 4
Something like 4sin(x-120) is what youre looking for

You're confused it's either shift 120° left or 480° right
and both are same
