$\frac{y+x}{y-x}=k$
Schlaumau
$y+x=k(y-x)=ky-kx$
Schlaumau
Can you now solve for y? @empty kettle
do i factorise the right hand side of the equation
so would ky - kx be
k(y-x)
@acoustic sable
I just expanded it for you. You want to start with bringing everything that has a y in it to one side of the equation and everything else to the other side
Um hello? If anyone can help me with this slope thing, it would be greatly appreciated!
A girl has $7.80, consisting of only dimes and nickels. If she has 66 nickels, (part of the $7.80), how many dimes does she have?
Thanks!
