I am to determine the absolute value of
3e^(-9ix).
I'm trying to apply the rule below,
|e^(ix)| = sqrt(cos^2(x)+sin^2(x))
but the assignment not passing me in whatever way I try (computer assignment).

can you extrapolate on that, do you mean the 1=sin^2(x)+cos^2(x)
