what was the mean of her other 5 recorded temperatures?

so, knowing that the mean for the 6 days was 2.1, the sum of the tempertures must be $6*2.1=13.2$. Now, we can subtract 4.1 out to get the sum of the temerpatures for the remianing 5 days, which is $9.1$. To get the mean, we divide by 5 and get $\frac{9.1}{5}=1.82$.
