If you are around the range of league 10 to league 13 I think you would agree that it is hard to get characters. Now I think that the percentage of a new character should be higher based on how many characters you have in general. I’m only saying this because I’ve had the same 12 characters for 4 months and I play the game at least 6 days a week. I’m not trying to complain but I do think it’s not fair for some of these accounts that are around league 10 to 13 to have a 7.6 percent chance of a new character in a emerald crate and a legendary crate is not fair
