I feel that many common skins in Zooba don’t have any good reasons to not be obtainable in the battle pass and ticket shop. The only ones that really make sense to not be obtainable this way are seasonal skins and maybe battle pass skins, but other than that all common skins should be available in the battle pass and ticket shop.
