Fight or flight right? So why not make it so that when you get saved from that killing blow, you get the health and there is a 50/50 chance of either getting a speed buff or a damage buff. (It could be any design but) I think the speed buff will show the blue circles and the damage buff would show red under the character.

I like the idea, but people are automatically assuming that wildlife will make adrenaline shot extremely op and make it an event item
